"The tricky thing is finding a purpose for the book. It needs a story. There were certain things I wanted to say. It started out as 10 chapters - well really it started out as 10 books. Likening photography to a conversation, Knight explained: "Making a book forces you to deal with the past - I don't especially enjoy it as, like with a conversation you get excited about the one you're about to have, not the ones you've already had.
